FRAUDSTERS -- avoid at all costs! My airline said ...

FRAUDSTERS -- avoid at all costs! My airline said I would be eligible for a full refund since my flight got cancelled, but would have to go through Flight Network to obtain the refund. The agency put me on hold for more than 6 hours and never replied to any of my emails.

I'm not alone either -- look online and you will find a few dozen customers who have been waiting for refunds for more than 6 months. I will definitely be filing a complaint with the consumer protection agency.
