BEWARE: FLIGHT NETWORK TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR BOOKINGS...
Booked flight, car rental and hotel with Flight Network for my family vacation to Orlando, FL. Car rental company was a third party rental...Flight Network booked through CARTRAWLER (from Ireland) who booked through VALUE CAR RENTAL in Orlando. Terrible service at Value car rental, agent was rude, refused to rent me the car because I would not sign up for his car rental insurance I am covered by my credit card insurance.
I rented from another company and contacted FLIGHT NETWORK to assist in getting a refund. I was told I have to deal directly with the merchant. They REFUSED to get involved!! Unbelievable!! Still trying to get my refund. Will NEVER book with FLIGHT NETWORK and will advise my friends and relatives not to.
