Pathetic customer service!
Fraud!

I wish I could give them less than one star for harassing me and overcharging me.
It seems like a call center runs this organisation from some other country, where every executive has a new excuse and a different story everytime you call them.
Beware of this company and rather book with someone else.
Transacting with flight network is a waste of time and money.
