If I could do without stars I would, horrible service. Was on hold for more than 3 hours yesterday as they keep notifying via email about flight changes and ask to call to confirm. I gave up and hung up after 3 hrs. Btw they charge you $45 "admin fee" each time an airlines makes changes to your flight which you have no control over

Do not bother wasting your time booking with this company! First, they send an email saying they have taken your money, (which yes they did). No confirmation of flight booking was sent for 4 hours! I have called and waited in queu to speak to someone for 45 minutes. After this, they have said wait, we are working on your confirmation . In the morning, I got an email stating no confirmation for flight. AWFUL! Do not book with these fake people! Run!

Spent a good amount of time searching for the cheapest flight and FlightNetwork beat the competition, especially with an added $25 I got off with a coupon. Will always check them for prices again in the future.
I would give less than a star if I could. This company is stuck in the 20th century, their website is the worst, and the customer service is a hit or miss. Apparently you CANNOT use the price drop credit for hotel reservations for both travelers, why, beats me. Won't ever be using this company again and will definitely advise anyone against using it!
I have been using Flight Network for booking all our family, even some friends, flights for about 8 years. Never had an issue, or if I made an error, a short phone call later, and all was resolved in the most professional and easiest manner possible. We fly between 2 to 8 times a year, majority intercontinental flights, and with no exception, every time we had the best experience ever. I always recommend Flight Network when asked where I made my reservation. Easy to use, reliable and best prices all around, not to mention, Price drop guaranteed, which we enjoyed a number of times.

JITENDRA was extremely helpful, courteous and went the extra mile for me. I thought I had bkd my flight in May for a vacatn in Sept. I was in the process of changing my credit card status. Booking didn't go through. When I called 24hrs before departure and found out I wasn't even booked JITENDRA came to my rescue. THANK YOU. 1 HAD A GREAT VACATION!

Poor business practices. Standard prices. I won t recommend this company to anyone. I found this company through google on a search I was doing. Same price as all others and was convenient. I selected a 6pm flight instead of a 6am flight and called to correct the issue within 5 minutes of booking. The total cost of the trip $420 and the agent told me it would be $200 to change it. I told him that was lunacy and he then said it would be $150. I said don t bother changing it because it was my fault but I m really disappointed In how much they charge. I was then offered $100 fee to change. I said I m not paying it and that I won t use flight network again. He then offered me a cancellation at $50 and then we could rebook it. Well I've done this before and $25 - $50 is standard in the industry so I said yes. Two good things to note: 1) Agent was kind on the phone 2) Web site is nice but not iPhone friendly with scrolling 2b) I m not booking flights on my iPhone again.
Bottom line - the company is less than transparent and offers nothing worth bragging about. Go elsewhere, they deliver no value.

Be careful with these people. Wen I book with your credit card. I booked a ticket to Singapore. Then I changed the transit route they said there is different end of the day I got charge for 2 times. I couldn't get the refund.
I had checked for flights to Rome on a couple of other sites first but I saved over $150 for each of us with flight network. And the layout of the site, finding suitable (non-stop) flights, etc. is so easy and convenient.
Just booked a flight from Montreal to Los Angeles. The fare was shown as CAD$ 498.61 but my credit card was charged with CAD 511.00. Why is there a difference if the price is in Canadian?? I am expecting a refund.
Zero stars, bunch of thiefs looking for a chance to rob extra money. They try to steal ur hard earned money by selling useless cancellation packs with the flight tickets. I bought one of those shady plan by mistake, as they sneak a small check box on ur flight details page..I called them within 5 mins of booking...one of their rude call center agent picked up and said this amount is non-refundable and nothing can be done now. I lost 200$ in 5 mins, never coming back to this site again and will not recommend this site to anyone.
Warning to everyone,do not book though FlightNetwork. We bought the tickets,and everything was confirmed by email and the credit card was charged. At 3am my husband receives a call from FlightNetwork somewhere outside Canada,confirming once again our booking and details.
And most convenient,in the time they blocked it apparently the price went up so they asked for an extra 175$.
They also asked a picture of the credit card and private informations we didn't give. We will never NEVER book with them again.
Every time I use flight network I always get the cheapest rates for all my flights and have never had a problem with the company. always great service.
Aman, Farheen were awesome! We booked tickets to Barcelona and back and had a bunch of issues with charges on insurance and seat assignments. Our dates also changed. But, they worked wonderfully with us and took care of all the changes.

They will send you email to told you flight got canceled, after you paid the rebooking fee you realized it s scam!!! You paid the extra fee for the same tickets ,nothing change but they ask you to pay more money to keep your flight !
Do not book with Flight Network. My girlfriends ticket was cancelled in Feb, 7 months later we are still getting the run around. No refund. This is not acceptable by any company. So frustrating. Zero stars but had to put something. I called many times waiting hours on the phone only to be disconnected or told to call the airline. Airline said they paid Flight Network. Hey Flight Network contact me.
Used to be great (4-5 stars), became a mediocre customer experience especially when booking hotels or reclaiming Price Drop points. Flight bookings still work OK and sometimes generate Price Drop Protection dollars or points. That s the only reason to give the 2nd star here.
Why I m unhappy with their service:
- Flight Network repackages flights and enforces different cancellation fees. If you ever need to change or cancel a flight, Flight Network may charge you a higher price than the airline you will actually fly with.
- Reclaiming PDP points (one of main attractive points about the service) is a pain. The points balance disappears when booking hotels, and is not applied at checkout. The points balance can t be directly used when booking on the phone, because service team doesn t have access to PDP team and has to approve it later (!!!). Everything about PDP has to be double- and triple-checked, wasting lots of your time.
- Airline bookings regularly result in website error or timeout, but get confirmed some hours later (eventually). It is very irritating and sometimes leads customers to double-book flights elsewhere.
- Hotel bookings don t reflect accurate availability information. Even available hotels result in errors while booking online. Customers are advised to call the hotline.
- The hotline is very busy and doesn t follow up on customer issues that well. Requests get forgotten, especially if they are about claiming previously earned PDP dollars. Emergency requests (like issues with a hotel requiring immediate action) are put on the queue until the next business day.
All in all Flight Network seems to be in decline, with PDP bonus being withdrawn (or made very tricky to claim again) and hotline service massively reduced in headcount and quality.
Straight forward, clearly laid out, easy site to maneuver. Information clearly stated and easily edited to obtain various options. Would definitely recommend and use again.
Booked connection flights via Flight Network. One flight was delayed, missed my connection, spent 9 hours in the airport. Flight Network sent me to the carrier, the carrier sent me to the service provider. No one takes responsibility on their mistakes.
Never ever book with Flight Network. They emailed me to tell me my connecting flight was moved to THE DAY BEFORE. I was very confused how that would even work for my schedule. I emailed them back, asking how is it possible that my connecting flight has been moved a day earlier. It took them DAYS to reply (which costed me more, time=money when it comes to flights). When they finally replied they said they can only issue me a refund. No help. No discount. No accommodations. Nothing.
I also ONLY found their email because I happened to search 'Flight Network' into my email, looking for my flight information. This email about my connection flight being moved a day earlier never made it on my Inbox page. If I hadn't happen to search for it that day, I wouldn't even have known. I had to take all the precautions and steps to follow up. Nobody called. Nobody even realized my flight schedule no longer works with my connecting flight moved a DAY earlier.
I booked this several MONTHS ago. And now, 2 weeks before my trip, my connecting flight is ruined, and they offered me NOTHING. NO OTHER FLIGHTS. NO HELP. NO DISCOUNT. NOTHING. Rebooking 2 weeks before costed me an arm and a leg (this was for 2 people, which costed me an extra 800 dollars).
Worse customer service experience ever. Cost their customer an additional 800 dollars, didn't care, offered zero help in any form or way. Customer had to do all the work and still lost out. Never book with them.
I spoke with a lady today called Shaheen, very arrogant, very heavy Indian accent. She was aggressive with her explaining, no represent for customer concerns, she kept talking over me and ended up confusing the hell out of me. She even asked me, "Why did you pay Flight Network?"Flight Network may have awesome rates but I will not be using them for my flights anymore. Where are the 0 stars.Hell!
I made an error on my grandsons' names when I booked their flights. I phoned Flight Network the next day when I realized my mistake. They gave me directions on how to fix my error and I was dreading the additional cost. Someone from Flight Network (I think her name was Erica) called me back to say that there would be no charge because the correction was being made within a certain number of hours (12 or 24 - can't remember). At any rate, i was very impressed with the level of customer service.
Bought a ticket from Hyderabad to Vancouver, was almost 300 bucks less than the Cathy Pacific website. What a great deal! thank you for saving me so much money.... I only tried the website just to see what the price was without expecting much at all.
I've traditionally bought directly from the airlines but will try flightnetwork first from now on. thank you!
Booking agent was great! Helped me a lot. He was able to put me at ease. I knew what I needed . Prices I saw were the same as he quoted. We were on the same page.
On another note your company is better than cheapoair .ca. I have used them for years and got good prices but yours are better. Zoom in and doesn't take much time. I guess experienced travellers are better.

Beware of this scam!! Stay far far away from them. I booked a flight from Toronto to Mumbai. As per their website, it had a transit flight in Chicago. They never mentioned that I needed a transit visa for a having an international transit (as we don't need visa for transiting in other countries with exception of US). As soon as I booked the ticket, I noticed this visa requirement in their confirmation email and contacted them within 30 minutes of booking. They said they will charge me $600 (negotiating down from $750!) for cancellation as I don't have transit visa in US. They said they will deduct this charge ($600) for paying penalty to airlines, from ticket charge and refund remaining money. Now is the fun part- The air line, AIR CANADA refunded the full money to my credit card (charge and reversal from AIR CANADA) as it was cancellation within 24 hours. AFTER 2 days, these scammers charged my credit card with $600 (this time a charge from FLIGHT NETWORK). Their agents who run this scam is in India and talk to you rude and hang up on you after all this cheating.
Update: Currently I am proceeding with suing this scam Canadian company for full refund PLUS compensation for my lost time, stress and shock. In fact, they are a name sake Canadian company. They are actually run from India by a bunch of scammers with help/registration in Canada (these cheaters are disgrace to truthful Indians). Canadian consumers fell prey in their trap (traps on their website when booking, unauthorized charges etc) and deceitful business practices, can take legal action against them through Ministry of Government and Consumer Services (province of Ontario). In Ontario, consumers are protected under the Consumer Protection Act, 2002. Also file complaint with BBB. File complaint with airline as well. These are scammers and protect our fellow consumers from scammers like this one. I used to live in the US before moving to Canada, This type of scamming never happened to me with US companies there.
It's been more than 3 months since my flight was cancelled, and I still haven't received my refund. Called 3 times (waited 1 to 2 hours to speak to an agent), sent an email as directed, and still no response.
Get INSURANCE.....you could be in ER seriously hurt...provide documentation and they won't even change your flight to another date. Not asking for a refund. Willing to pay the difference. Will never book with them again. I'll spend the extra money and book directly with the airline.
Our flights were cancelled due to Covid-19 and I contacted the airline directly as suggested. They then released refunds back to Flight Network as per policy (since I paid Flight Network directly, not the airline). I then called Flight Network and they were going to help me with the refund. They said they needed to contact Norwegian (the airline) to confirm the refund and then said that this would incur a reduced refund as they (apparently) requested the refund themselves (which they did not, I did). And now we have been waiting months as Flight Network says they are waiting on Norwegian, but Norwegian says they released the funds back to Flight Network.
**UPDATE FEBRUARY 2021** Upgraded from one to two stars, as we finally did get refunded. The customer service experience was still atrocious.

I spoke directly to Abdul (X2243) and he actually found us a cheaper flight that we didn't see online. Also, he suggested making the bookings for my husband and I separately to take advantage of the $15 discount (which apparently was per booking and not per passenger). Was very happy with his assistance.
Booked flight same time gf was booking flight, called back about 90 min afterwards and had second flight cancelled along with no cancellation fee or hassles !! Awesome thanks flight network

WORST BOOKING AGENCY EVER , THEY ARE CHEATING THEIR CUSTOMERS with false claims OF 24/7 SUPPORT , we have been trying to get in touch with customer care since past 1 week , no one replies to email , or phone call .highly unprofessional staff , namely their "Schedule change professions" Got informed of cancellation of half of a segment of our flight back to Toronto , even after multiple attempts to contact them , neither was a possible feasible alternative confirmed , plus have still not reverted back regarding our request email to cancel the entire ticket , Will have to resort to Legal options against them soon ,if we still don't hear back from them

Absolute worst service. Terrible and shady communication, evasive customer service, and overall atrocious experience. They dodge your questions, charge additional fees and avoid dealing with any of your issues. Also will upcharge from the advertised price on the website, and when challenged on it lie and say it's the airline and it's out of their control - total bull$hit. Lesson learned, will never deal with them again. And I strongly suggest others take their business elsewhere as well.
My flights were cancelled by the airline in March and I have been trying to get a refund from Flight Network since. I called in early June, waited three hours to get an agent (even though it says wait time 10 minutes) and he said he was going to put in a request with the airline although they had already told me they had refunded the money to flight network. I only received an email for one leg of my flight and it says that it could take up to 90 business days to process. Now I am on hold again for two hours so far trying to get the other leg of my flight. I will never book with them again and just go directly through the airline next time.
Update: It has now been 90 business days and I have still not been refunded the second leg of my flight. When I called the support line they could not tell me when I could expect my refund, could not transfer me to the team that processes requests and would not transfer me to a manager. He advised me to fill out the form on their website for a manager to call me back.
So far - so good. Flight Network gave me a great price. And the price drop guarantee is a unique feature. The jury is still out until I complete my trip!
Worst company to deal with. I was stuck in hurricane Irma, and was looking for a way to get out. The price gouging from this company way beyond possible. I paid 4057$ and when I checked with air canada, they confirmed that because of their good will policy tickets sold from fl to any north destination were reduced. I then decided to reach out to fligh network to find a middle ground, and I've been getting nothing but the run around for a week now.
Do not encourage a company that does over 3000$ commission in time of crises.

Despicable service an a rip off! All the prices on the website are quoted in Canadian dollars and there's nothing that advises you otherwise. When I checked my credit card I was charged in US dollars, which means I was charged more. I was advised by their representative that this information is in the fine print of the confirmation I received after the fact. Really? This is an unconscionable act. All other websites indicate this at time of booking. The amount may be insignificant to some but it is the principle of the act. Travelocity and cheapoair had the same cost and I made the HUGE mistake of choosing flightnetwork. Lesson learned!
Terrible never using them again. Overcharged when I made changes charged my friends account for the whole flight and with no response regarding the issue after emailing 5 times.
I thought the price and service were great! The only small disadvantage is that this Delta flight booked via Flight Network didn't populate in my Delta app, which made check-in less than a breeze and wouldn't allow me to easily check for arrival time updates etc..
I will never buy ticket from Flight network. My Spain tickets were canceled and I have spent closer to 25 hours just to get refund. I was also told that it is okay to wait for up to 10 hours. I was told schedule support will call me back and never called. I was told Airlines should refund not us. Every time different excuse. Still no refund.
