I wish I had read the reviews before I booked with...

I wish I had read the reviews before I booked with them!! Flight was canceled due to COVID? (never got a straight answer) tons of calls and waiting for hours resulting in nothing : worse customer service , unable to help or answer simple questions, re booking or provide useful information. I ended up applying for a refund and still unsure when I will get it :( DO NOT USE THEM OR YOU'LL REGRET
