Never had to deal with a CSR in 5+ years of usage...so quite happy about it.
Otherwise...very easy to use. All possible flights (cheap or not) are always showing when comparing to other popular websites and they are actually quoted in the currency you requested....

Would be good to have an alternative date option, some kind of table that shows quickly if it's more advantageous to depart/arrive on the prior/next day...at the top of the screen.
