I bought a plane ticket and the money was taken out of my account for the hold. However, I quickly got got a cancellation email from the company.
At this point I'm annoyed, but decided to wait for my money to be returned to my account.

It has been a week and nothing. I keep calling their phone number for help. But noone ever answers.
