worst customer support experience ever. Team members do not have enough information, I talked to 4-5 different people each time they had a new process that they follow. I was told that I will get the reply by Tuesday, I did not get any. I called the support team on Wednesday (Today) asked the support person if I can talk to his supervisor or manager, he said he could not transfer the call and I have to mail them.

Each time I call them they have completely different thing to say, I had to explain my case each time in detail. May be they do not have the portal to write down the details for their customer.
