Was told April 21 that a lower then what I paid refund would take 4 to 6 weeks, still waiting. Told by Nadine Pittman that she will look into the amount discrepancy and get back to me...her ext: 2304 no longer exists. 2 e mails unanswered, unable to speak with anyone about this. Considering legal and media attention to solve this. Approach this company with extreme caution !!!
