If I could give 0 stars I would. There was a mistake in the booking with relation to baggage, and this company would not refund the ticket amount less than 24 hours after making the booking. I spoke to multiple agents on the phone and tried to contact them via twitter, and they were beyond rude and giving me conflicting information. The same person would say that we can refund you $x amount, only to quote a higher price 2 mins later. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. The airline in question would happily refund the ticket, but since I booked through Flight Network, I have to go through them. Never had this issue with other websites such as CheapoAir, TripAdvisor, Skyscanner, Cheaptickets, etc...
