It's great that the owner is responding to all these posts with positive comments and helpful intentions. However, that doesn't change from the fact that the staff he/she has under him/her is really subpar. I'm only giving 2 stars because of the fact that the owner is even responding to all these mostly negative comments. And I have to agree with ALL OF THEM.

The apartment I used to live at: CSS was the only provider the entire apartment allowed. And my goodness, I have never been more irritated, frustrated, just straight up angry with any other service providers of any sort ever before. Their service is slow, spotty, not consistent, not worth the price at all, technicians are nice and helpful... when they actually show up... One time I shamefully blew up and took it all out on a poor customer service representative... It wasn't their fault but the way they were handling my situation all that time and the billing, it was just too much for me in the end. And when I finally moved out of there and terminated their service they asked me to meet at the apartment for a scheduled pickup of the modem. Then I go to my old apartment, wait for more than an hour, and when I call them back they tell me to go to another location. What the hell?

Good riddance and I hope they changed a lot with how they are running things because this is the only business I've ever seen that has literally like all 1 star ratings from every possible site and it is well deserved to be quite honest.

multiple outages per month. customer service places you on hold frequently and the staff seem unaware on how to help customers. Do NOT choose them as your carrier. Yes, their prices are lower than most, but you get what you pay for. Absolutely terrible.

Been in I.T. for 25 years. Put in a call for slow bandwidth, tech came out and said he'd update me when he's done. He reset the modem and wireless passwords, didn't tell us what they are. Didn't fix the bandwidth issue. Didn't call me and wont call me back. Worst service possible.

I have had a number of complaints regarding this service. With the number of shut downs of wifi due to technical difficulties, I got fed up and wrote a letter to my apartment complex complaining as this is the online wifi provider we could use. If I didn't work from home and had to leave my house to do work at the local Starbucks on multiple occasions it wouldn't have been that* big of an issue.
Long story short, a few weeks later a CSS person came and installed a new modem/router (idk) for us and I was happy with a response in general. Not too happy about my experience thus far with this provider, but very happy that they took the initiative and came out. I would have given them 1/5, but because of today I will give them 3/5.

The primary problem has been that they cannot seem to get my bill right. I was always getting overcharged for something that I was not even receiving. If you need some help with your Consolidated service at Palm Court try to get in touch with Shirley, she will save you the grief that everyone else has given me.

I first called to set an install for internet in my apartment. It was going well but the person I was speaking to felt pushy and kept on trying to add extra things that I did not need so I just hung up. I went to the leasing office to see if we had any other options for internet providers. Needless to say, the office told me to call Shirley Widdershoven and see if she could not convince me to use Consolidated Smart Systems as my provider. So my 4 stars is for my experience with her. You can tell she wants to help you out as best she can and if she doesn't know the answer she will find it and gets back to you quickly. Best experience I have had so far. If you are considering them as your internet provider ask to speak to Shirley Widdershoven and she will find a way to help you.

To be honest the services for my particular building wasn't great as it went out frequently when i did have them, that being said at least the customer service is always great and very informative especially if you speak with James.

Overall the internet speeds never game me an issue and i streamed my tv shows and play MMO's and it never lagged. Just be sure to send the modem back when you're done.

Without a doubt, the absolute worst internet service provider ever. I repeat: ever. I have gone back and forth with CSS for the past 10 months trying to get this fixed. I can't eve begin to count the emails traded with them, but I've also had 4 techs sent out and had my modem replaced 3 times (even though that wasn't the problem), and still the internet goes down consistently every 5-10 minutes. This is not an exaggeration. I have to reset my Wi-Fi and/or modem every 5-10 minutes. Details as follows:

1) Again, I repeat: internet goes down every 5-10 minutes. For someone that relies on internet for business, this is 100% unacceptable. Even every neighbor I've asked--who all use the internet mostly for entertainment--express the same issue. So, business-related or pleasure-related, the fact is we are all paying customers, and this is inexcusable.

2) Tying into the last statement: I build a lot of websites and send a lot of emails. This means I have to make sure that my work is backed up before hitting save/publish/etc. Normally, I do this anyway, just to be safe (like this review). However, every so often, I forget. And sometimes I've just built out a web page of more than 1,000 words, only to hit 'save' and find the next page telling me there's no connection to the internet. This means I have to re-do the ENTIRE webpage all over again. Same with email: I often type out a very lengthy message and spend the next 10 minutes just trying to send it.

3) CSS holds an exclusivity deal (read: monopoly) on our apartment complex (Ocean Club in Redondo Beach). This is the worst of the worst, because it means everyone living here has no option but to use CSS. Accordingly, this has left me no choice but to find another place to live, where I have ISP options. There's a reason courts consistently rule against monopolies; it leaves the sole business with no incentive to improve, with customers dropping hard-earned cash for sub-par services. My guess is that CSS sets up dirt-cheap deals with apartment complexes just to keep themselves in business. At the expense of all the tenants, of course.

Do not, do not, do NOT use CSS. If your apartment complex uses only one ISP, find another place to live. No matter how you slice it, these people are thieves.

Internet service didn't work properly for months, equipment didn't work. Then when I cancel service they charge me $200 for an equipment fee (AND IT WAS BROKEN IN THE FIRST PLACE) Charged me for the months my service didnt work also. I would never recommend this company to anyone, please stick with the real internet companies to save you a headache!

Do not believe them when they say they can get a technician to your house in 48 hours - 2+ weeks! The will lie directly to your face, sign you up and then never pick up the phone, or call you back. I give this company 0 stars but you have to click at least 1 star. They give Direct TV a black eye. There is no need for a 3rd party company that can not even answer the phone. Today when I call them because my service is out because of code 771 the phone will not even ring. Yesterday was thanksgiving and I am a cowboy fan. Totally missed the game. That was the last straw. Run from this company.

This company sucks! there is absolutely no service, they just make pre-contracts with some buildings and force residents to pay certain amount of money, for absolutely nothing! I was living in 1200 Riverside Dr. Apts in Burbank and landlords told me, if I want to have a Cable TV I only can use Direct TV and I must pay extra to Consolidated Smart System! That's how this company works...

In fact, she proceeded to tell me she was not going to call him and that I would have to wait. Some people should not be the first impression for the company and she is one of them.

My 92 year old mother really wanted to see the final season of famed L.A. Dodger announcer Vin Scully but Dodger baseball was not available on DirecTV. I felt that it may be getting near my mom s final season as well and I told her I would take care of it. I read rumors that DirecTV was going to cut a deal with TWCSportsNet but wanted to be certain that she would be able to see Vinny s final season. I called Consolidated Smart Services (CSS) and told them I needed to temporarily leave DirecTV, switch to Charter Spectrum and come back after the regular season. I spoke with Jose in Customer Retention at DirecTV and he told me he was sorry DirecTV was unable to broadcast the Dodgers and to call him after the season for a great deal . I called today, Jose is on leave and unfortunately was told because I live in a MUD (Multi-unit dwelling) I would have to speak with their dealer CSS. I called CSS today and they told me that since I was still their customer I would have to pay $541.73 for upgraded equipment to replace the equipment I had been required to return. As much as I love DirecTV, their GUI, reception and service I am afraid the great deal that CSS is giving my mom is to remain a cable subscriber.

I had to place a good review after a month pass my service did shut off on my box with an error due to maitanance but that just happends so its ok i understand but as soon as i called they were proffesional and curtious i appriciate the maitanance worker ENRIQUE PANDUR is freakin amazing he contacted me an hour before schedule to add a box! After 4 weeks my box malfunction but when i called they were helpfull but then i text the number enrique called me first from on a sunday morning n the guy txt me back right away n the next day they came n fixed the problem! If you miss a payment they will shut down your internet until you pay a reinstallation fee which is 50 dollars. Don't deal with them unless They're you're only option and even then I wouldn't trust them

Also their internet goes down regularly so be prepared to call and complain so they can reset your modem remotely

This is the absolute WORST bunch of degenerates I've ever had to deal with. They have a monopoly set up with our apartment building so we've actually been forced to use them. First of all, it took them 3 weeks to get our DirecTV service transferred from our old building because they couldn't figure out how to install a new tuner in my building. Then, they just randomly charged us an extra $200 on our bill for "back logged activation fees" that they supposedly never collected. Calling to remedy the issue was an absolute JOKE as the guy who didn't even graduate high school would rather argue with me rather than provide any actual customer service.

If you have a choice, stay away from these degenerates.

If you value your time, do Not get service with these scummers! You will be on the phone with them for hours and they will promise you that they will solve your issues while in reality they wouldn't even input your request in their system. We just moved into apartment complex here in LA and they were recommended highly by the apartment complex employee (which is quite unfortunate because they are probably aware about horrible reputation of this company but still recommend them because they get commission) . So we took their recommendation and signed up with this company. When we tried to connect to their internet, there was an issue so I called their tech support. I'm not mentioning that you will be waiting for at least 30 minutes on the phone to get to their useless support but they will also automatically route you to their voice mail because no representative is available to answer your phone. Anyway, eventually after few hours they called back and started troubleshooting the issue. After about 2 hours of troubleshooting the tech support representative came to conclusion that a technician should go out and fix the issue that is in their equipment in the apartment complex. He promised me that technician will go out the next morning and fix everything. Ok, I could understanding that they probably didn't have available technician the same day since it was around 8pm. Next morning I called to follow up with them because it was already 11am but no technician arrived. After waiting on the line another 30 minutes I was able to speak to representative. When I asked about the appointment for today morning, the representative told me that there was no even ticket opened for the yesterday's call. Well, here I was kinda pissed considering that I work from home through the internet. Anyway, I tried to maybe explain this new representative what was the issue that we discussed yesterday but she didn't really listen and so after two hours of another troubleshooting we came to the same conclusion which I tried to explain. However, this time the representative told me that technician won't be able to come out earlier than 3 days. Here I went out and said that she shouldn't bother and that I rather cancel the service. So she right away changed what she said. She told me a manager will call me in an hour. He did call and after speaking for a while with him, he assured me that technician will go out today. I agreed. After another hour another manager called and said that the technician won't be able to come out earlier than 3 days. Well, at this point I had enough and I immediately cancelled the service which he was pleasantly eager to do. Then he requested to return their equipment (which was in the apartment before we even arrived and we didn't request it in first place) or we would be charged. None of these people didn't even apologize for the inconvenience and damages they caused to us. They lied me several times and then just canceled our account when they could not fulfil their promise. I hope this described well my experience with these scummers.

First I was confused but the leasing staff gave me a contact information for Tyler. After speaking to Tyler he was able to walk me through the sign up process. It was quick and easy and I didn t even need anyone coming out!

Great program. Can t wait to use their product!

I never knew you could call a person and not a call center. The best customer service experience I have ever had.

Customer service is not a priority for this company and when I asked for the manager, (JULIO GONZALEZ) came on the line and it's the same old tune as he too could not and would not provide a customer service.
DO NOT GET THIS AS YOUR TV OR INTERNET PROVIDER. With the internet being as slow and inconsistent and the customer service being unwilling to fix issues this company is sure to become shut down.

I would not recommend this company to anyone due to the fack they do not have adequate performance measures in place to ensure they are giving customers good services.

This company by far has the WORST customer service...

This company by far has the WORST customer service. They scheduled an installation date to come set up my cable and internet service. I waited an entire week and no one ever showed up. Not only did they not bother to call me to explain why or even leave a message, but when I called and spoke to someone as to why they were a no-show, they didn't even seem to realize that they never even sent anyone. After realizing this, they had the nerve to try to make me wait another two weeks to set up a new installation date. I told them to cancel my order immediately and REFUND my money. At this time, they told me it would take another 5-7 days to receive a Full refund. So basically, this is an entire's months time wasted with no cable or internet service installation, plus I have to wait another week to receive my money. A week passes. These thieves only partially refunded my money then when I called to ask why, they tell me I have to contact DirectTV to receive the other part of the refund. Just completely giving me the run around, to avoid paying me back MY MONEY for a service I NEVER RECEIVED. This company cannot be trusted. Avoid doing business with them in any way possible. They need to shut down by the better business bureau. They are running scams and ripping innocent people off for money.

My wife and I are surprised by the bad reviews. We ordered it on a Monday and it was installed on Wednesday afternoon as promised. We got the 100mbps speed and just this morning tested it through Ookla Speedtest and my iPhone clocked 79.92mbps using wifi and my laptop clocked 94.42mbps using wifi as well. We were doing this to verify Speed for another person who lives in our complex who is considering switching. Not all devices can handle higher speeds and a 5g wifi connection. That may be the problem if you have an older computer or phone? My wife's laptop can't connect to 5g so it is naturally slower but still fast enough.
Who knows, maybe living at 3400 Avenue of the Arts is just better than everywhere else? Considering AT&T was 50% higher priced and speeds half as fast, I am recommending Consolidated here in Costa Mesa.

If there was a zero star I've would give them just that. They are a scam, they just broker for internet/TV, your service will still be provided by local Charter/Spectrum or DirecTV.

My internet is down more than it should be. And is not Spectrums fault, Consolidated Smart Services either mess up billing or have their inexperienced techs mess up wiring when they do come out for service.

Just recently. My internet went out for 4 days until they could send someone over to inspect. Guess what, they always find a reason to suggest the issue is your modem and the tech will have to inspect it. Well it s not, modem is working fine and is connecting to Spectrum. If this was an official Spectrum tech they would have looked all possible scenarios outside to make sure everything is working, but NO, Consolidated SMART Services, just makes your life more complicated. Nothing smart about that.

I recommend you go direct with the service provider and stay away from these @$$holes

I am in the process of suing this company. Do not get internet service with this company! I have had problems with my Internet the entire time I ve lived in my apartment and they did nothing to remedy the situation. The internet constantly went out and it was an absolute nightmare during the pandemic. I literally had to fly to another state so that I could have Internet and work from home. They are over priced, unprofessional, and very low quality and they do not respond to phone calls or complaints. They charge $70 a month for their trash service and their technicians don't even come out half the time. Do not move to Wilshire Royale because that is the only internet service provider in that building.

In particular has been very helpful when we added to our equipment as a surprise for our daughter s Christmas present.

Beware of the bad business practices being done by this company. Not only do they have a 30 day cancellation notice hidden in their terms and conditions, but they charge you for ALL BILLS GENERATED during the 30 day cancellations period. Essentially because of this you can be billed up to 2 months worth of services past your cancellation!!! They are a scam. Look elsewhere.

This company has been sending my husband and I bills after we called in the month before that we would like to cancel service. Afterwards, we moved OUT OF THE STATE and kept getting bills. I called again and they said it was an error and we were out of the system. A couple months later, a guy from the company calls my husband asking him why he isn't paying. My husband calls them back but the lady says she can't hear him on his phone which works perfectly well as he called me afterwards and I heard him perfectly fine. So I call them same-day and talk to a lady who said that the service was started up in December 2018. I moved OUT OF STATE October 2018, so why would I start service again? Most likely somebody moved into my old apartment, I told them, and they got our accounts mixed up. Well she said she would get it fixed. TODAY, I get a notice that our account is DELINQUENT. While we were using this service, I paid on time monthly. I refuse to pay someone else's bills and should not have to. They need to get their system fixed. DO NOT EVER get service from this company.

If I could give no stars I would. So to start all of this we moved into an apartment complex and got set up with Cox. Everything was fine. My boyfriend happens to work for Directv so he can get their services discounted. Well we were only getting internet from Cox so we figured why not. Well it takes about a month just to get someone out to set it up. We are told that we are living in an MDU so the only difference is that we will be having a third party taking care of our service, but not to worry because it will still be Directv. When the guy finally comes out he hooks everything up and tells us that he tapped it into our Cox line. He says its fine and they do it all the time. He says that our complex wont let him run another line. He's the technician for the whole complex so we should trust him. Well everything is working fine. Next day the 100+mbs we are paying for through Cox is dropped to 0.07. Its basically at a standstill. Our Directv is not working. Says there is an error receiving signal from the satellite. We call Consolidated Smart Systems who set us up and tell them and ask them to send someone down to fix it. The same guy comes out and says that there is nothing he can do because the Cox line that was there first is tapping into his line. Not at all what happened when he set it up. Well he says to call Cox and get another line run. We call Cox and they send someone out. He tells us that they were the first ones to connect to the line so they cannot run another one. That CSS needs to run another one. He also says that because they hooked onto their line and are running voltage through it, that it will cause permanent damage to our modem. So right now I am running back and forth between Cox and CSS trying to get someone to run a new line and neither are willing to budge. So I am paying for two services that I am getting no use out of. This needs to be fixed. CSS needs to come out here and fix their mistake. This is completely outrageous. I don't understand how Directv could work with this company.

Worst customer service, always issues with service being down but they are real quick to slow down your internet if you are a couple days late and real, real quick to charge you a $50 reconnection fee without even telling you that you are behind. Several times I've been disconnected because the last time I paid I wasnt charged the correct amount so then that amount was put on my next bill and then next thing you know disconnected without warning for having an overdue balance of $15. Then I'm charged a $50 reconnection fee! There is something very fishy about this company. They will slow down your service for being late but when you pay do they reimburse you for that slower speed? No, so you are essential paying full price for slower internet you are being scammed for sure!

shockingly bad.... the thing is they will offer you 200% of att broadband speeds for 2/3 the price. however the service is shotty and drops are frequent. customer service and maintenance is all sub contracted so any reasonable request or question is useless. you will get 120 down and 20 up at least , but it wont work every day

After reading the reviews I didn't believe anyone could be that bad. But this company proved that they are just as bad as everyone said. After experiencing the bad service for myself I scheduled a disconnect for a future date because I switched back to TWC. A week after that date passed I contacted direct tv directly because I didn't receive any packaging to send back the equipment. They told me that my service was still active. So I had to cancel everything through them and call back to consolidated to cancel my internet. I also experience an internet outage of approx 1 week with them and they refused to let me use my own modem after the tech told me I could.

This company has consistent outages and no procedure for address customer complaints. Employees are rude and not helpful. When canceling my account I asked for a invoice that stated my account was at a zero balance (for my own records). I was told no over and over and was not allowed to speak with a supervisor. We I asked to speak with a supervisor I was told by Richard Employee ID 2340 that he was the only person I could talk to and no one else could help me. He was very argumentative and could careless to provide any customer service. My account is closed yet I have no proof that I will be receiving a bill in January.

I advise anyone to avoid this company, I called spectrum internet and they were able to come out with 24 hours and install cable for the same price.

I wish I could give them no stars I hate hate hate this company bad consumer service they hang up allallt calls they say thell call me back they never never do i asked to talk to a supervisor and them said they were going to call me and never did. I made 3 appointments for them to come fix my cable and they found the problem but couldn't fix it they told me to reschedule. I rescheduled and they never showed up I was waiting I tried calling them and they didn't know what was going. I hate this company but we have to deal with them because I love direct t.v.

Is Zero Stars an option? Because that's what they deserve. Their ONLY option for internet is AT&T DSL. D. S. Freakin. L. You know, the internet we had back in the '90's? That DSL. And it's still that fast.

I pay for the fastest DSL package, a whopping 3Mbps. In reality, I get about 1/10th that speed, almost never going over .4Mbps. Loading web pages takes 30-45 seconds on average, and streaming video is a pipe dream.

Their DirectTV offerings are no better. My building requires a one year lease, but CSS requires a 2 year contract. I'm not signing up because if I decide to move in a year, I don't want to carry a DirectTV subscription with me. If I do move, I will make damn sure that Consolidated Smart Systems does not have anything to do with my new building.

They are a monopoly at its worst.

This is the worst internet service provider so far. On every long weekend the service is down and of course no internet. On every weekend the internet slows down. We recently upgraded the speed from 2Mbps to 30Mbps as they said their system is now upgraded. Hoping for some positive result but still the service is same. It was good for 3 days then after the speed degraded so much that even to open gmail it takes forever and sometimes the it says timeout. This is horrible and not a service you want with the money you paid.
Called customer service twice but not a good response from the customer service as well. They said they will call us back but they never called.

It was so frustrating trying to get it transferred and I went to my leasing office and they referred me to Shirley. I am glad they did I was going to switch my provider but she was able to help me with my issue.

I wish It were possible to give them negative stars. I live in Santa Clarita and they are in charge of my satellites. My building completed repairs on my roof and removed all of the dishes and told me that CSS would replace the dishes. Three months later on Duper Bowl weekend, I m a without cable. Direct Tv is great, they cut my bill in half because it s not working and these people won t even answer a phone and send someone out. Horrible terrible service.

This company is a joke. They're either undermanned, don't give a damn about customers, or are thieves. They recently billed me for 2 months of service at one time with no advance notice, because of changes to their billing system that weren't accounted for. When I called them on it, they explained they were aware it happened. WHAT!? You know you overcharged people, and gave no notice, courtesy calls, mail, or anything?!? Terrible service.

Not only do they have no problem at all taking money that's not owed to them, but when you try to fix the problem, they don't return phone calls, always offering to "have someone call you back" or sending you to a voicemail that never gets a reply.

This is a joke of a company, the service is spotty, and their business practices are extremely unethical. It's nearly a month since I was overcharged, and though I made them aware immediately that I needed the additional funds they took returned to me, I'm still calling them to follow up, with no call backs on their end.

They offer services only in places they have no competition. They use and abuse their customers as they are pleased.

Worst ISP I have ever dealt with. It takes at least 30 minutes of waiting on hold before I even talk to a rep (not kidding. I'm at 32 minutes as I'm writing this). It hasn't been 2 full months of service and Ive have my service drop over 10 times. I would not suggest this to anyone.

The service was fast to set up and easy to understand. I was moving and needed internet on the same day and Shirley was able to help with any questions or concerns. She even texted me and got me same day service. The technician Jerry was a really chill guy and he set up my service in less than 20 minutes. All within the same day of my move. Will definitely be looking forward to working with them in the future

My connection was lost on Monday morning(4th March) I called up the help desk and the issue did not get resolved and this loss if internet happens very frequently in my apparent I stay at the reserve I try to restart the router and try to fix but this time around it did not work I called up the help desk and they are of no help I requested them stating I work from home so I need the connection back on a priority bases and the most shocking reply I get is that only by Thursday they can have a representative come and look because all there technicians are busy... How stupid and annoying it is that the whole week no internet and they don't even care about that... Really they care a dam about there customers... Can't give a negative rating if not would have preferred it.... Very bad service... Need to improve a lot.. my bad in my appt I don't have any other vendor...

I too read several negative comments that are not the same experience I've had. Yes there have been outages, as is the case with every ISP i've dealt with. Consolidates isn't perfect, but their service has been more reliable and consistent, with more accessible support that I ever get with Spectrum.

The customer service that I got on this particular service call was excellent. Aleigha was the customer service agent I spoke with and she was very friendly and helpful. Eric, the service technician, called before coming the next day and arrived within the scheduled window. He fixed the issue in no time! The only thing I wasn't sure about was that, originally, they tried to schedule my service call for a week out (literally one week) even though my TV wasn't working at all. Not sure what that was about, but when I expressed my displeasure at that time frame, they did accommodate me for the next day...so I guess I can't complain. I think the customer service at this company has definitely gotten better over the last few years. I hope they keep it up!

Really good internet! It's pricey...but for $63 a month I am able to stream shows and it doesn't lag at all. The internet speed is super high :) Not sure why all the bad reviews but my internet is great! Been with CSS for 8 months now.

They re not the worst internet service provider, they re the worst company by far. I never write reviews but be sure that even their customer service reps dont know what they re talking about. They re there to steal your money with their sneaky details in their contracts. The only reason this company exists its because they have deals with local communities so people that live there have no option but to chose them. My guess is that they re owned by these communities and they re pulling some kind of nasty monopoly.

I give negative -10 stars! But forced to click at least 1 star to post this review... I called DirectTV to upgrade my 2nd receiver to HD receiver, they said they would ship it to me no problem. Then.. after looking up my acct, they referred me to CSS. After contacting CSS, I was asked to pay $100 installation fee for a box that I can install in 2 minutes, and that DirectTV would send to me for no cost. CSS is an absolute rip-off. Their protocols are set up only for profit, not to ensure a satisfied customer. The proof is this: 1.4 stars based on 86 reviews at the time I'm typing this, and too many horrified customers-just read the reviews. - I've spoken to several phone reps most of whom are not very helpful, and a couple of managers who they call 'specialists' and they assure me that there is no way to waive $100 installation fee for what anyone can do in minutes. I find this very disturbing as it's a form of legal robbery. Very dissatisfied with CSS to say the least. But if you live in an apt complex, they have the upper hand and there's absolutely nothing you can do about it. Except cancel your service.

The worst possible company ever! They blame everyone around them, these thieves literally said our line wasn't connected. Really?! I won't even check that but the fact that only their customers have no internet AGAIN at the MEDICI didn't come up. Guess what! You will not be giving me a deal because we didn't have internet for 5 weeks straight and in between 3 days which you guys were called again. And, now tonight the day before all our finals. You will be giving me back 6 weeks of free internet and if it goes away again.. credit will be accepted. Expect a very nasty call from all the medici residents AGAIN!!!!!!!
