It's great that the owner is responding to all these posts with positive comments and helpful intentions. However, that doesn't change from the fact that the staff he/she has under him/her is really subpar. I'm only giving 2 stars because of the fact that the owner is even responding to all these mostly negative comments. And I have to agree with ALL OF THEM.

The apartment I used to live at: CSS was the only provider the entire apartment allowed. And my goodness, I have never been more irritated, frustrated, just straight up angry with any other service providers of any sort ever before. Their service is slow, spotty, not consistent, not worth the price at all, technicians are nice and helpful... when they actually show up... One time I shamefully blew up and took it all out on a poor customer service representative... It wasn't their fault but the way they were handling my situation all that time and the billing, it was just too much for me in the end. And when I finally moved out of there and terminated their service they asked me to meet at the apartment for a scheduled pickup of the modem. Then I go to my old apartment, wait for more than an hour, and when I call them back they tell me to go to another location. What the hell?

Good riddance and I hope they changed a lot with how they are running things because this is the only business I've ever seen that has literally like all 1 star ratings from every possible site and it is well deserved to be quite honest.
