Veronica, one of the customer service persons, was not only rude but condescending when I asked her to find out what the ETA was as to how much longer before the service tech would arrive. In fact, she proceeded to tell me she was not going to call him and that I would have to wait. Some people should not be the first impression for the company and she is one of them.
