After reading the reviews I didn't believe anyone could be that bad. But this company proved that they are just as bad as everyone said. After experiencing the bad service for myself I scheduled a disconnect for a future date because I switched back to TWC. A week after that date passed I contacted direct tv directly because I didn't receive any packaging to send back the equipment. They told me that my service was still active. So I had to cancel everything through them and call back to consolidated to cancel my internet. I also experience an internet outage of approx 1 week with them and they refused to let me use my own modem after the tech told me I could.
