My connection was lost on Monday morning(4th March) I called up the help desk and the issue did not get resolved and this loss if internet happens very frequently in my apparent I stay at the reserve I try to restart the router and try to fix but this time around it did not work I called up the help desk and they are of no help I requested them stating I work from home so I need the connection back on a priority bases and the most shocking reply I get is that only by Thursday they can have a representative come and look because all there technicians are busy... How stupid and annoying it is that the whole week no internet and they don't even care about that... Really they care a dam about there customers... Can't give a negative rating if not would have preferred it.... Very bad service... Need to improve a lot.. my bad in my appt I don't have any other vendor...
