I give this company 0 stars but you have to click at least 1 star. They give Direct TV a black eye. There is no need for a 3rd party company that can not even answer the phone. Today when I call them because my service is out because of code 771 the phone will not even ring. Yesterday was thanksgiving and I am a cowboy fan. Totally missed the game. That was the last straw. Run from this company.
