If you value your time, do Not get service with these scummers! You will be on the phone with them for hours and they will promise you that they will solve your issues while in reality they wouldn't even input your request in their system. We just moved into apartment complex here in LA and they were recommended highly by the apartment complex employee (which is quite unfortunate because they are probably aware about horrible reputation of this company but still recommend them because they get commission) . So we took their recommendation and signed up with this company. When we tried to connect to their internet, there was an issue so I called their tech support. I'm not mentioning that you will be waiting for at least 30 minutes on the phone to get to their useless support but they will also automatically route you to their voice mail because no representative is available to answer your phone. Anyway, eventually after few hours they called back and started troubleshooting the issue. After about 2 hours of troubleshooting the tech support representative came to conclusion that a technician should go out and fix the issue that is in their equipment in the apartment complex. He promised me that technician will go out the next morning and fix everything. Ok, I could understanding that they probably didn't have available technician the same day since it was around 8pm. Next morning I called to follow up with them because it was already 11am but no technician arrived. After waiting on the line another 30 minutes I was able to speak to representative. When I asked about the appointment for today morning, the representative told me that there was no even ticket opened for the yesterday's call. Well, here I was kinda pissed considering that I work from home through the internet. Anyway, I tried to maybe explain this new representative what was the issue that we discussed yesterday but she didn't really listen and so after two hours of another troubleshooting we came to the same conclusion which I tried to explain. However, this time the representative told me that technician won't be able to come out earlier than 3 days. Here I went out and said that she shouldn't bother and that I rather cancel the service. So she right away changed what she said. She told me a manager will call me in an hour. He did call and after speaking for a while with him, he assured me that technician will go out today. I agreed. After another hour another manager called and said that the technician won't be able to come out earlier than 3 days. Well, at this point I had enough and I immediately cancelled the service which he was pleasantly eager to do. Then he requested to return their equipment (which was in the apartment before we even arrived and we didn't request it in first place) or we would be charged. None of these people didn't even apologize for the inconvenience and damages they caused to us. They lied me several times and then just canceled our account when they could not fulfil their promise. I hope this described well my experience with these scummers.
