This company has consistent outages and no procedure for address customer complaints. Employees are rude and not helpful. When canceling my account I asked for a invoice that stated my account was at a zero balance (for my own records). I was told no over and over and was not allowed to speak with a supervisor. We I asked to speak with a supervisor I was told by Richard Employee ID 2340 that he was the only person I could talk to and no one else could help me. He was very argumentative and could careless to provide any customer service. My account is closed yet I have no proof that I will be receiving a bill in January.

I advise anyone to avoid this company, I called spectrum internet and they were able to come out with 24 hours and install cable for the same price.
