Worst customer service, always issues with service...

Worst customer service, always issues with service being down but they are real quick to slow down your internet if you are a couple days late and real, real quick to charge you a $50 reconnection fee without even telling you that you are behind. Several times I've been disconnected because the last time I paid I wasnt charged the correct amount so then that amount was put on my next bill and then next thing you know disconnected without warning for having an overdue balance of $15. Then I'm charged a $50 reconnection fee! There is something very fishy about this company. They will slow down your service for being late but when you pay do they reimburse you for that slower speed? No, so you are essential paying full price for slower internet you are being scammed for sure!
