This company has been sending my husband and I bills after we called in the month before that we would like to cancel service. Afterwards, we moved OUT OF THE STATE and kept getting bills. I called again and they said it was an error and we were out of the system. A couple months later, a guy from the company calls my husband asking him why he isn't paying. My husband calls them back but the lady says she can't hear him on his phone which works perfectly well as he called me afterwards and I heard him perfectly fine. So I call them same-day and talk to a lady who said that the service was started up in December 2018. I moved OUT OF STATE October 2018, so why would I start service again? Most likely somebody moved into my old apartment, I told them, and they got our accounts mixed up. Well she said she would get it fixed. TODAY, I get a notice that our account is DELINQUENT. While we were using this service, I paid on time monthly. I refuse to pay someone else's bills and should not have to. They need to get their system fixed. DO NOT EVER get service from this company.
