I went for a vacation massage and it was amazing! Great price, great massage!

Best hair stylist ever,
Shirley has been my stylist for 28 years,
I now drive from Tuscaloosa Alabama to Orange Beach, Alabama for her to cut and style my hair. Love her, and you will to.

Eden Spa and Salon is the place to go for all of your beauty needs. Janna is wonderful with my hard to tame hair. She always gives me the perfect cut, color, and style that works for my texture and face shape. I also highly recommend her facials. Very relaxing and my skin is left refreshed and soft. Shirley does great mani/pedis that last forever and also adds to my relaxing spa experience. Don't visit Orange Beach without a trip to Eden's. Head to toe, they will have you looking and feeling wonderful for the rest of your stay.

FYI, I NEVER leave bad reviews. This is a first for me. Terrible experience. Went for a 90 minute massage. The massage therapist was 30 minutes late arriving, the pressure was annoyingly soft and then randomly way too hard. No flow with the massage just very random placing, pressure, and repetitive strokes. I feel like there s no way she could have been certified. It just felt like she didn t know what she was doing, my back and neck have been bothering me since. It was also freezing cold, lights were too bright, and I was not kept covered up well. I felt exposed. $140. The staff was friendly, but not professional at all. The place was dirty, dust build up in the bathroom bad. I went with a friend, she said her massage was very similar to mine.. just felt like they didn t know what they were doing. I ve had a lot of massages and never had an experience like this.

My experience with the Esthetician , Jackie W Wildhagen, has been great! She is very knowledgeable with skin care and uses medical grade products. I've had facials and microneedling-collagen induction treatments with noticeable results. Jackie takes the time to explain each step during treatment which is comforting and very professional. So ask for Jackie and you won't be disappointed!!!

My boyfriend and I got facials and massages here while on vacation. Jackie was very knowledgeable and informative; she gave a great facial and I loved the skincare she used. Dory and Miriam gave great massages too! Can't beat the price, very reasonable!

Needs cleaning overhaul and updating. The staff is great .prices very low .sometimes awesome sometimes lacking the staff have discounted my services and addressed any issues. Management needs to improve .my understanding is the staff are all independent contractors basically trying to please everyone.some staff working very hard while others seem not to be doing much.tight quarters could be so much more with a little money spent toward improvements. For the price and quality of service it is the place to go.

I called the salon to see if I could get a same day appointment and they worked me in. I was a bit disappointed with the price of the pedicure and the service that was received, though. The lady was sweet but you could tell she was stressed and it made me feel like an inconvenience.

Received a Massage and was pleased with the result. Great techniques and caring attitude. Lasting pain reduction.

My 1st time. Atmosphere was set perfectly. I'd definitely recommend. Harmony and Brenda were great. On the cramped side in waiting area. Maybe could've had some drinks and fruits or some kind of refreshments.

Owned and operated by trustworthy and caring professionals. Pam thrives on superb customer service and always makes sure you are getting a five++++ star experience at the salon - she is wonderful!

Horrible service, owner contracts out her employees and pays them when she books an appointment for them. They messed up our appointment time and we could not make it to the time they tried to give us, refused to refund our money because she already paid her employee for the time slot we were not told about, had to call the bank to refute the charges. Customer service horrible would not recommend this place.

We had a bachelorette party here. The service was great. We all felt relaxed and rejuvenated at the end of the services. The staff was great to work with. My massage was great, Chester was my masseuse. The facial was excellent. My face felt fantastic and I Love my eyelash extensions. This is the place to go for facials and massages in Orange beach. Thanks for accommodating my large and loud group of friends. :)

I got a 30-minute massage from Eden Spa and Salon the person who gave me my massage was Dory the staff was very friendly helpful and useful my massage is just what I needed and for $55 you can't beat the price for half an hour

Wow....I love Jackie . Her knowledge on skin care and eyebrows are beyond recognition. I loved the facial and I also managed to experience Bella and it's absolutely amazing. My results from her products are unbelievable and I will continue to use them on regular basis. Ask for Jackie she is awesome. I can't wait until my next appointment.

Friendly staff and very accommodating full service Salon. You are offered a glass of wine, water or coffee while you wait. Also a great place for group service .

This was by far the worst spa experience I have ever had. Completely unorganized and unprofessional. I would not recommend.

Great experience! Candace (my hair stylist) was very skilled and went out of her way to get me exactly what I wanted. I came out with a nice haircut that was way more versatile than I could have expected, and I would definitely come back in the future. 10/10!

PS: I scheduled pretty last-minute, and they were very accommodating (thanks, Mrs. Pam).

I haven't used any of their other services but have had a great experience with Jackie Watson-Wildhagen there with doing facials and microneedling. She is both a registered nurse and an aesthetician and was very detailed in explaining how microneedling worked and the results to expect over time. I've had 3 microneedling sessions with her on my face and neck and am very pleased with the results so far. She is very professional and I HIGHLY recommend her.

I recently went to Eden Spa & Salon because I had brushed out my dreadlocks (due to them being painful for too long). My hair was very uneven and shorter than I wanted it to be. I popped into this salon just to see if they did extensions or not. Janice walked me through the process, cleaned up my chopped up hair from the dreads and made an appt with me for a few days out to do the extensions after the hair came in. The color match was perfect, we let them settle a bit and then I came back and got a great hair cut that makes the extensions look exactly like my natural hair! Janice is a wonderful, kind woman who worked miracles on my poor hair after dreadlocks. Thank you!!!

While I was at it that day I decided to get a facial as well. Jackie has been the most knowledgeable esthetician I've ever spoke with. She knows the in's and out's of skin and the corrective measures we need to get back on track. She's legit. A wonderful hand massage was also given. I have absolutely no negative feedback to give about this salon and I'm looking forward to my next visits.

Great services by wonderful and very well educated people

My daughter and I went to get what I thought was a relaxing pedicure instead it was filthy and the staff were ridiculous when we left we were so stressed out and now we are worried we might get some foot fungus from the unclean tub and utensils i could go on and on save your money DON'T GO THERE! !!!

I've had facials and microneedling done by Jackie Wildhagen and it was a very relaxing and refreshing experience. She was very friendly and informative about skincare and products. Jackie is an RN and Esthetician who genuinely cares about her clients. I highly recommend anyone who goes to Eden spa to ask for Jackie and you will not be disappointed.

Suzanne did an beautiful job on my hair and make-up for my wedding! I was disappointed in the manicure and pedicure though, but at the end of the day I looked beautiful for my special day!

My wife and I wanted to schedule a massage while here, but no place would do Sundays. I called Eden just to check, and while Alberto has changed our travel plans, I've been blown away by the excellent customer service I've received. They've called to confirm what I wanted and managed to make arrangements for Sunday, and Dori reached out to me personally, which I thought was a really nice touch. Even though we can't this time, you can bet we will be getting a massage here and only here when we're in Orange beach! Highly, highly recommended!!

We got the couples message. His massage was too rough and mines was barely a massage. Felt more like someone rubbing their hand over my skin. But when your on a vacation in the middle of COVID and you want something to do, oh well...

The perfect hidden gem of a day spa. I would never have suspected this place existed basically across from Costco. I got a facial and Swedish massage and the experience was all around amazing, from the treatments themselves to the beautiful atrium where I relaxed between treatments. The price is reasonable too, which makes it that much more appealing!

Made last minute reservations for our girls trip to the beach. Had amazing massages, mani/pedis. The ladies were very friendly and accommodating. Would visit again if return to the area.

Jackie Wildhagen is fabulous! I have has dermabrasion, needling, facials, my skin looks fabulous on a score of 10, I give her a 100!

Unfortunately this spa is total chaos with an inadequate and unprofessional staff. My daughter and I each had a massage & mani/pedi August 2017. As a massage therapist myself, I can say don't waste your time or money on the massage and for the mani pedi you would be better off doing it yourself. From the drugstore clippers to the dirty /rusty metal file you are safer to do it elsewhere. Really sad to waste our precious vacation time at this place.

My wife and I were vacationing in Orange Beach and went to Eden Spa for a massage and a facial. This turned out to be the best day of my vacation. The staff was 100% on top of their game. Thanks and we will see y'all next year.

I wished I had seen the reviews. Horrible experience all around. I had book 2 1-hour massage and facials for my daughter and myself. We arrived early. I was told to wait as the "esthetician" was putting color on a client's hair. 30 minutes later she takes me to a room for the facial and leaves me to figure out the procedure. The music was too loud, the candle was to strong for that small room, and the lights too bright. The facial was rough, not relaxing or soothing and the products ( even with essential oils) did not smell fresh. Now for the massage from hell. She was rushed, irritatingly choppy in her strokes, and rough. Not a massage for stress, I could not wait to get out!...None of our serves came close to being what we expected from the website description.... $140 for 1hr facial & massage (each)...We both (my daughter and I )went home and took a shower and shampoo...It was bad folks...and I should know I am an esthetician and massage therapist with over 30 yrs experience. The kicker is the massage therapist state license is expired. So DO NOT EXPECT THE BEST MASSAGE OR FACIALS AT THE EDEN SPA & SALON. ...I would rate this place a 0 if I could!!
