I had to place a good review after a month pass my service did shut off on my box with an error due to maitanance but that just happends so its ok i understand but as soon as i called they were proffesional and curtious i appriciate the maitanance worker ENRIQUE PANDUR is freakin amazing he contacted me an hour before schedule to add a box! After 4 weeks my box malfunction but when i called they were helpfull but then i text the number enrique called me first from on a sunday morning n the guy txt me back right away n the next day they came n fixed the problem! LOOK I UNDERSTAND MOST CUSTOMER ARE NOT SATISFIYED BUT YOU MUST UNDERSTAND ITS A MID SIZED BUISSNESS HELPING A HUGE DEMAND FOR DTV CUSTOMERS THEYRE DOING THERE BEST N THEY HAVE SYSTEMS N PLACE SO ALL CAN BE HELPED ACCORDINGLY,NO BODYS PERFECT N THERE ALWAYS UPS N DOWNS WITH COMPANY BUT AT THE END THEY WILL RESOLVE ANY ISSUE, TO ENRIQUE AND CONSOLIDATED SMART SYSTEMS I SAY THANK U!
