ID142270, I ordered and paid for a phone a week past Sunday, I emailed the company towards end of last week to ask where my order was to be told that there is a wait due to quality control!! As I said to them in my reply surely if you are advertising a product for sale it has already been through quality control!! They said they would put my order on priority but have heard nothing since I've tried calling but no one answers and sent emails as I would rather get my money back that deal with the most unprofessional company ever. Don't touch them I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased the phone!! I have since cancelled the order and requested a refund and I am still waiting to get my money back!!! I was told the refund would take 3-5 days and I'm still waiting please please do not use this company
