Like other reviewers, the company is quick to take your money and use every delaying tactic you could possibly conjure up in order to avoid giving it back.


I have reported them to Trading Standards and have raised a dispute with my credit card company. All this is stressful and time consuming, shop elsewhere if you want to avoid the same fate.

Also consider that the courier service they use to handle your precious phone is unable to keep a track of it.

SHOP ELSEWHERE, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Oh! and when the company responds, ignore it, it is just part of the delaying tactics they clearly use.

I would urge all those who have/are having a bad experience to report the details to REDBRIDGE TRADING STANDARDS this way we might get some enforcement action.
