Ordered an iPhone 6 20th July 2019. Arrived 4 week...

Ordered an iPhone 6 20th July 2019. Arrived 4 weeks later - faulty. Returned registered post and requested a refund - I was contacted to confirm return had been received. I have chased by email and registered post - still no response - I have now issued a seven day letter and will commence court proceedings to recover lost monies and costs. I would recommend not using this company - Come on guys its 2019 not the dark ages - sort yourselves out and earn a proper rating based on customer service and correspondence which at present is shocking
