A decent repair but definitely not quick nor very good customer service. It took over 2 weeks for the straightforward iPad screen repair to be done and returned. Customer services never answered the phones, after 50 odd attempts of calling. Eventually I got a recorded message suggesting I call back during their opening hours... it was during opening hours! When I eventually got a reply on email to enquire how much longer it would be, I was told the delay was because I d not provided the passcode when requested, so that they could test before returning it. I quickly sent them a copy of the email I had provided three days earlier with said passcode and which had been acknowledged by them!! All this while my Autustic son was becoming distressed at not having the iPad he relies on so much and to make matters worse, as we were going on holiday for 2 weeks and the iPad wasn t returned before we left for our holiday it meant my son was without his distraction item (anyone who understands autism will understand this) and we also had to make arrangements for someone to collect it from the courier depot so it wasn t returned to Quick Mobile Fix!! My two stars are for the quality of the new screen only and not for the appalling service we had. When requesting a refund, I received no reply.. surprise! Definitely NOT a quick fix !!
