Utterly terrible experience. Ordered an iphone 7 on 21 Apr and today is 12 May. Still no phone despatched. Contacted customer service multiple times. They keep apologising for the delay but never really despatch the phone. Funniest thing is some reviews here said they ordered a phone after me but got the phone already. Now you know how fake those positive reviews can be.

I now have to start a dispute to get the money back. My friend even joked that their source might be stolen phones and iPhone 7 is hard to find on the street now.

Anyone who is thinking of buying from them, think twice. Don t risk it. You can pay hundreds of pounds and get nothing.

I will keep updating the status here. Let s see what will happen.

*5/14 update: They sent an email again saying that they will forward my email to despatch team and will be in contact within 24hrs. So far 24hrs passed. Nobody in contact with me.

*5/17 update: after the customer service again said they will ask someone to contact me about the cancellation, they suddenly send me a confirmation of despatch, with an invalid tracking number. Absolutely joke! I can see this is their trick, to keep you waiting until you passed the period that you are rightful to start a dispute with the card company.
