Like others i was let down over Christmas with an iPhone that probably didn't exist, blaming Covid for delays, like Covid is something new.. Just update your advertised delivery dates. They were fast at responding, just with no info to reassure me I'd get the device. Ordered in 7th, cancelled on 29th. Had used them in the past so ignored Watchdog/reviews.. Won't again. Got another phone from MusicM, 2-3 days delivery from order.. Great service.
They're now stringing out the refund, cancelled on 29th Dec (would've cancelled on 24th had the person made me aware on the 23rd when I asked for an update the next day)..14 working day money back guarantee, eta for refund 16th Feb, just hiding behind Covid as easy excuse, they took my money for something that didn't exist, I canceled the order nearly 3 weeks later as zero sign of it existing\turning up, now delaying refund..
Avoid!
Just call your credit card company and request a Chargeback, they'll credit you and dispute with the Pirates...
47 emails in the chain re this non-existent phone and promised refund that still hasn't happened...Hopefully Karma will kick in..
