QuickFixMobile used UPS to deliver, who left the phone package in an unknown location, resulting in loss of the phone. Whilst QuickFixMobile s customer service team are responding periodically to emails, it s taken multiple chasing emails to get any progress with getting another phone or being reimbursed the money we have paid. We re still waiting for a resolution (though they do now appear to be chasing UPS) and no sign of when they will resolve it. We won t use them again. #ID257743
