ID157676: Currently on day 17 and still no sign of the phone I ordered. Can't get through on the telephone and receive standard email responses claiming that I'm a priority and it will only be another few days.
I hope the owner of this company reads these reviews. He/she should be embarassed by the appalling customer service. If you are reading - any chance of receiving the phone this side of Christmas?
Update 27.4.17: phone eventually arrived and no surprises for guessing - it was faulty! Sent back next day and refund requested. It's now been 7 days since they've had the phone back and still no sign of my money. One email chaser sent and received a standard reply that did not answer my question.
I'll keep you posted via this review regarding how long it takes for me to get my money back. I intend on filling a claim if it isn't back within the next five days....
