My 10 year old is still waiting for her mobile phone which was paid for and ordered in early December !!!

Appears to be Virtually impossible to get through on phone. The number just rang out. Last time I tried I was no. 10 in queue. It probably would have taken up to 90 minutes for the number to ring out again.

Refund refused when I requested it last week.

Email requests for details of complaints process not answered.

I have wasted more time with this company than the phone is worth.

Next step is to contact my bank and trading standards.
