Purchased a phone that was in stock. There was no way to track the phone delivery or any communication from them, after 10 days I contacted them and asked when the phone would be delivered. Got the same patter as a few customers below about quality control and they could not give a timeframe for delivery, so I asked for a refund. That was on December 14th 2019 and I am yet to receive my refund. Contacted their customer service by email, I ve received no respectful response. They have no phone line, so the only way to get my money back is to see them in court. Think twice as there are better and more reliable sellers of refurbished mobile phones out there. Update received an email response advising of payment by the 14th April 2020, "this is the latest date we are providing". I'm unsurprised that the date came and went, with no refund.
