DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I first ordered my phone on 1 March. They advertise that they will dispatch within 7-10 days. 11 days on I looked at the tracking data; it said that the order was still being prepared but when I chased their customer service informed me that it had failed quality control - I could wait longer or ask for a refund. However, just to refund your money (even when they have not sent any goods) they inform you that they require 14 WORKING DAYS. 16 working days on I chased my refund only to be told that it will take their finance department another 10 working days to process. I have complained to Trading Standards.
