My wife paid for her phone in Oct, received and it was faulty. Sent back in Nov and still awaiting the device. Customer services have been appalling and rude and promised the device would be sent the next day. I have phoned everyday for the last 6 days and this is what they keep saying. Been offered a slight refund but this has not materialised... Very poor service and would never use again!

The order number is 195883. I am fed up with all your lies you tell. My wife even asked for a refund and the person on the phone got funny. This has been very emotionally distressing. Your response is an automated response to everything. I will be contacting other people to report your company as this has gone beyond a joke now!
