Otis Parsons Review of Quick Mobile Fix

Quick Mobile Fix, is a hilarious name considering the only 'Quick' thing about it is how quickly you realise what a terrible mistake you have made purchasing something from them. If the concept of infinity is true, then I am fairly certain that in a parallel universe, Quick Mobile Fix is actually quick, actually fixes things and offers a good service. However, the Quick Mobile Fix I have been dealing with, is sadly none of the latter.
I wouldn t say it s the worst customer experience you could ever have, (You could pay for a bungee jump and the company forgets to attach you to the bungee cord, or you could pay for a cheese and tomato sandwich and it turns out to be a cheese novichok sandwich) to name a few.
I bought a phone from them a while ago, about a month, it s yet to arrive. I have been calling for about two weeks, but they are yet to pick up the phone, the lady on the online support keeps telling me to bare with them whilst they then disconnect and forget to get back to you. I was going to ask for a refund, but I am a little worried that this request would cause them operational issues which would irrecoverably alter space and time as we know it.
I don t really write reviews for things or services, but Quick Mobile Fix has inspired me to do so.
And I thought, if I am to start writing reviews, lets try and make them useful.
To all potential customers of Quick Mobile Fix, do NOT by any circumstances buy from or utilize the services of, Quick Mobile Fix. Until, they manage to sort out their operations.
To the Directors of Quick Mobile Fix, Leela Emechebe and Mr Chinedu Ken Emechebe, (Yes I did some research) I would like to suggest that you re work all of your businesses processes and try to identify broken processes, bottlenecks and room for improvement. I would then suggest that you have a long hard think about the kind of business you want to operate / create. Do you want to offer a good service? Do you want to survive in the competitive marketplace? Your business needs to CHANGE or prepare for the reckoning of merciless capitalism.
