I sent my Samsung Galaxy S3 to Quick Mobile Fix to have its misbehaving power button fixed. Although the lack of email comms to confirm receipt of my device etc. was a little disconcerting, the website provides further information about the progress of the job, and in any case the phone was back within a couple of days.
Unfortunately the repair was not initially successful - in fact it was hard to say whether any work had actually been carried out. After a couple of emails to and from customer services, I was invited to send the phone back at QMF's expense and lo! and behold this time it arrived back fully functioning.
So overall I am happy with the service, but rating four stars only because I had to send the phone in twice before I was satisfied.
