Bought three iPhones from quick mobile fix - two fine -the last one froze within three days.
Sent it back for replacement - they said it was the main board and to provide them with the password n Apple ID.
Provided went round in circle for 6 weeks - they couldn t check it because it was broken - they kept saying it was going for repair -UNBELIEVABLE
No phone number to ring - emails waste of time. In the end got advice from money saving expert use Resolver - on line complaints handing team- ie legal route. Replacement form received.
They offer 14 returns policy - not worth paper it s written on from my experiences go else,
No faith in company if anything goes wrong
