I ordered a phone back in October which arrived very late. The phone arrived broken so i returned it. They then sent me the exact same broken phone about 2 weeks later. I asked for my refund which i am still waiting for 5 months later.

I am now opening a small courts claim against them.

I also noticed my previous review for them was deleted.
