Shocking!! Ordered a phone on 25.4.19 eventually arrived 15.5.19 in a terrible state far from perfect! Sent back immediately, the company signed for the return 17.5.19 and we are still today 7.6.19 awaiting a refund, trying to call is impossible, held for over an hour today without success!! Appalling DO NOT USE

19th June.....still no refund and no reply from the company!! As per their response below, the refund was promised by 17th June (a month after having received the item back) yet still no refund!!
