Absolutely disgraceful! I recently sent my phone away for a repair service on my Htc one, when I sent the phone the charger port was defective, I've just received my phone back today 8 days after I initially sent it and it now has a defective unlock button and headphone socket! What a waste of money, I strongly recommend you don't trust these cowboys! Externally disappointed
