Bought a phone for my grandaughter's 10th birthday...

Bought a phone for my grandaughter's 10th birthday in Aug 2018. Sent back twice, not charging, both times took over 10 weeks to get back. Still didnt charge, promised a replacement. Now in May 2019 snd still haven't got it. Average 1 hour waiting time on phone. Heartbroken 10 year old who asks every day where her phone is. Company lie to you to fob you off. Was told we would receive it on Friday, I emailed on Thurs and it still hadn't been posted. Diabolical company.
False advertising, phone msg states we WILL fix your phone within 24-48 hours. Already contacted Trading Standards and suggest others do the same
