This company is fraudulent..... I've sent my phone...

This company is fraudulent..... I've sent my phone over 2 weeks ago and still have not received my money and this is after having to go to head office to confirm they received my mobile which they eventually did find and now I'm recieving emails stating that they haven't received my phone. I've been ringing on a daily basis with no one even bothered to pick the phone up. If I don't receive my money by fridayi will be going to trading standards.
I heard they only respond to reviewers so let's see what happens next.
