I've been waiting for my phone almost 2 weeks and ...

I've been waiting for my phone almost 2 weeks and still haven't received it. I've sent several emails and after asking for a refund they just keep saying that the item will be delivered in 5-7 days.

Terrible customer service, don't even think on buying from them! I'm still waiting for a proper answer and my money back!
