DO NOT use this company to buy a refurbished phone. I ordered a phone over 6 weeks ago and they keep telling me that it will be delivered 'next week' which they continue to fail to deliver. They have ignored my requests for a refund. Their customer support is terrible - they don't have a phone number and after I missed one call-back from them they have refused to call again. I have been lied to repeatedly about delivery of my order and am seriously regretting ever giving them my money!
