I ordered a phone from here, it was not dispatched...

I ordered a phone from here, it was not dispatched within 14 days,
they did not contact me, so I chatted with them they said it would be the following week, I waited, it did not come. I spoke to them again they said the same thing, I waited, It did not come. So a month after they took my money still didn't have a phone, so i cancelled . It has been around 25 days since my cancellation and still have not been refunded. I went to CEX and found a similar deal. I would give them zero stars if possible, DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS
