I don't know where to start really... I had to give 1 star just because I couldn't give zero.
I tried to buy a phone with them on 12/5/2019 and waited the usual 10 days for the order to be dispatched, after which time nothing happened, then I asked what was happening since I needed that phone and was confirmed that I would receive it within 4 more days.
4 days went past and no news whatsoever.
So I called them to try and find out what was going on, after being held 1 hour and 40 minutes(was second in line) I get the line cut off to find out they closed the office which I found very disrispectful.
When I finally got through someone(the day after, waiting another 2 hours in line) I was told that they don't know why the phone hasn't been dispatched yet, so I asked for a refund(on 29/05/2019)
They said it would take 14 working days to process it but guess what? I still haven't received my money back and they keep apologising and saying they will give an update...
I am simply disgusted by all this.
Their service is just not existing, customer service team don't know what they are doing, finance team should get off the teas and do some actual work..... and they claim they can fix a phone in 48 hours!!! I don't know how that can happen if it took them over 6 weeks to not finalise my order/refund.
Appalling.
