Took 2 weeks to repair the phone so not exactly quick then further to this the phone cracked several times over the first few days without having dropped the phone or impacted it in any way other than typical use of a phone. Even putting it down on a table caused a small hair line fracture to appear.

Absolute scam no other words to describe the service.

When I called them they simply said ot was accidental damage and refused to offer any kind of refund
