I have this morning reported them to Trading stand...

I have this morning reported them to Trading standards, FTC and my bank in hopes I can get back the 300 pounds they have stolen from me. I ordered a refurbished IPhone on 31st August 19! No phone was ever delivered, sad excuses given as to why it hadn t been delivered. When requesting a refund 17 days ago.. was told I would have the money back in 14 days. After 15 days I wrote to their pointless customer service email and was told I wouldn t receive my refund until the end of day 18th October 2019!!! Due to their accounting issues!!!! After hearing this I reported them cause I believe they are fraudulent scam artists. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK
