Ordered a phone 3rd of September and still havent ...

Ordered a phone 3rd of September and still havent recieved it. Requested a refund on the 28th of September because they said it's going to take a further 2 weeks for the phone to be dispatched. It's now 22nd October and haven't recieved my refund. It's very frustrating. Do not use this company
