I bought a Samsung note 4 which I know isn t a new phone on receiving the device there was a problem the phone will freeze up and there is nothing I can do not even power down.that phone went back to Quickmobile fix 3 times came back to me with the same problem constantly freezing the phone freezes more than I can use it. they refuse to exchange the device for one that actually works rather I was told it s Samsung that is doing this. I wouldn t recommend them to anyone. I don t do reviews but I had to review this.
